Symposium 1
Engineering OpX
Leaner plants, lower carbon. For engineers, manufacturing, and oil and gas.
The Operational Excellence & AI Symposium Series
Bring a real problem. Leave with a tested prototype. Three one-day symposia and one Summit where Lean Six Sigma, process redesign, ESG metrics and AI simulation meet on one shared platform.
Leaner processes. Lower carbon. Smarter with AI.
This is not a day of slides. Two weeks before, you create a platform profile and write a one-paragraph problem statement. On the day, your team works that problem through four labs and leaves with a prototype and a one-page business case.
Engineering OpX
Leaner plants, lower carbon. For engineers, manufacturing, and oil and gas.
Service OpX
Smoother guest and patient flow, lower energy bills. For hotels, hospitals and F&B.
Digital OpX
Lean, automated and resilient operations. For utilities, banking, finance and services.
From pilots to scale
The best cases of the year, the OpX Awards, industry panels and the platform launch.
Every symposium keeps the same four modules. Only the sector cases, examples and lab templates change, and your platform profile carries over from one event to the next.
08:30 to 17:30, with 7.5 claimable training hours. Every module ends in a lab on the platform.
After the day you keep platform access for 30 days to refine your prototype. Submit an implementation update and the strongest cases are invited to present at the Summit.

Partners meet participants at registration, every break, lunch and the open forum, when people are actively looking for solutions. Training hours stay vendor-neutral, as HRD Corp requires.
Early-bird, group and standard rates are sent to everyone who registers their interest. Fees are 100% HRD Corp claimable for registered employers.
HRD Corp claimable registrations are contracted and invoiced under 10 X Enterprise (003013496-V), our registered training provider.
Yes. Each symposium delivers 7.5 training hours. The programme, registration and invoices are under 10 X Enterprise (003013496-V), our HRD Corp registered training provider. The Summit is a conference format and is not claimable unless a training track is added.
We are applying for CPD hours with IEM. Approval is pending and we will confirm the hours before the event.
A laptop and a real problem from your workplace. Two weeks before the day you will receive your platform login, short pre-reading and a template for your problem statement.
Yes, and we recommend it. Teams of 4–5 from the same organisation can work on one shared problem. Choose “Group” in the form and tell us how many seats you need.
Yes. Choose “Sponsor or partner” in the form and we will send you the partnership deck. Each category has one partner only.
